I have been to many European countries, I can say that XO hotel is one of the best I have ever experienced. We have had a special occasion but I forgot to mention that, yet they gave us a very good room. The room was perfectly designed, spacious with a nice view. The staff is very professional, helpful, cooperative, and ready all the time to give valuable information . The coffee machine was an advantage with all the coffee and tea you can make, and you can get more capsules from the reception anytime. The house keeping is very good and professional, always filling what’s lacking without asking. Bathtub is really an added value. The location of hotel is not in the center, however all facilities are nearby and the access to the center is smooth by public transportation.

Our room was clean and spacious, we had coffee machine and hot water to make tea. Everyday someone checked our room of we need new towels or more coffee or tea, and to make beds. The staff was friendly and we felt safe as you had to confirm your card in the elevator. Big advantage was the fact that one of the main stations - Amsterdam Sloterdijk, was very close by, we traveled by train as well as bus so it was convenient. When it comes to public transport in Amsterdam the tram stop was right outside the hotel as well as grocery shop. Yet we mostly walked and the route to the centre took us about an hour on foot.

booked the night of and the staff were super accomodating and lovely and was super easy to get to. locationally was great, with tram access it was around 30 minutes into the city centre, it was also surrounded by a courtyard of food spots and grocery stores!. The bed was the comfiest thing ever and the room was a really good size. I spent majority of my time in the room as i was unwell and it was really good and the staff were amazing too. the bathroom was also super good and super clean! 1000% recommend

Parslow

The room was clean and warm, there is a thermostat in the room that it's actually working, you can adjust the temperature based on your preference. The bed was comfy, you have a chair and a desk in case you need to work from the room, there is also a fridge where you can store food. You can get the bus to the city centre in 5 mins from the hotel. There are a few supermarkets close to the hotel and some fast-food restaurants in case you get hungry in the evening. Staff was nice and helpful as well.

Aurora

Very spacious room with a big bathroom, there were 3 of us and we had more than enough space. Beds are amazing. The location is not central, however it's not an issue because the public transport connections are excellent. There is a transit stop approx 4 minutes walking from the hotel with a tram line and several bus lines that take you to the city center quickly, and the nearest metro stop is about 8-10 minutes by walking from the hotel, also very close.
